TMC 60 P

The MG-360/Technodrive TMC 60 P marine transmission is equipped with mechanically-operated, conical clutches, which are activated by a servo system. The gears are specially designed for smooth and quiet operation, and the bearings are generously sized for durability. The available gear ratios of 2.00 and 2.45 are suitable for both left-and right-hand propeller rotation, making the TMC 60P ideal for twin-engine setups. For heavy-duty applications, particularly when reverse gear is primarily used, we recommend adding a cooling system, available upon request.

Torsional Responsibility

Disregarding propulsion system torsional compatibility could cause damage to components in the drive train resulting in loss of mobility. At minimum, system incompatibility could result in gear clatter at low speeds.

The responsibility for ensuring that the torsional compatibility of the propulsion system is satisfactory rests with the assembler of the drive and driven equipment.
