Shawn, Machinist

Years at Twin Disc: 8
Shawn is responsible for most first operations in the part production process. When asked what he would say to someone considering working at Twin Disc, he replied, “Be ready to learn more and stay open to new ways of machining and inspecting parts.”

Kevin, XM Machinist

Years at Twin Disc: 15
Kevin has played an important role in helping his department produce the parts needed to build quality transmissions. He recently accepted a new position in Quality Inspection. Some words of advice Kevin gave to those considering working at Twin Disc, he replied, “Be bold, be unique, be yourself.”

Joseph, Receiving Lead

Years at Twin Disc: 7
Joseph has built a diverse career at Twin Disc, working in Arneson, Industrial Materials and as a machinist. Today, he serves as Receiving Lead, overseeing material receipt, inventory verification, paperwork and order distribution for Plant 3. Joesph stated, “If you are looking for a forever home in your field, Twin Disc is the family for you.”
